As stated in the Articles of Association, the Company’s purposes and objectives are as follows:

• Petroleum purification and refinery business that produce fuels such as Avigas, Avtur, Gasoline, kerosene, gas oil, diesel oil, fuel oil or gasoline, solvents, including LPG produced from oil refineries, other purified products

Key Project Milestones

To achieve the purposes and objectives, the Company can carry out business activities as follows:

• Develop, operate, and manage oil refineries;
• Develop and utilize infrastructure for efficient operation of businesses;
• Purchase or obtain raw materials for oil refinery;
• Producie fuel, petroleum, and petrochemical products from the oil refinery;
